The Titan Member Experience is a strategic loyalty program concept for a sneaker and streetwear brand, designed to transform loyalty from a transactional system into a meaningful brand relationship. The project focuses on building emotional connection, progression, and long-term engagement through a simple two-tier structure, clear reward mechanics, and a cohesive visual system across digital and campaign touchpoints. While the concept was not selected, it represents a real-world strategic exploration of how brand, experience, and design can work together to create a premium, scalable loyalty ecosystem.
